Sessions are being held online through Doxy, Zoom or Google Meet.
I aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Consultations are free and are between 10-15 minutes and held over video.
A note about Insurance: many companies will provide coverage for Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) as long as the number & details are on the receipt as well. While I provide all of this information, it is still up to you to check with your insurance provider to see if you will be covered.
Insurance covers therapy only, not coaching.
