Who Am I?

Nadia Zamzul (she/her)

Guided by empathy, deep curiosity & care, I offer a space where you can show up, without judgement.

Hello and welcome — whether you're just beginning Therapy or, continuing on your journey, you’ll find safety here.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I abide by the code of ethics and practice standards set out by my regulatory body. I am also a Co-Active (CTI) trained Coach, an ICF approved Coaches training and part originator of the ICF code of ethics.

As a relationally-trained clinical therapist, I incorporate several complimentary modalities into my practice, because there is no one size fits all approach.

I have spent the last two decades committed to exploring holistic wellness and its many forms & expression in the world. “Re-humanizing” ourselves has been a big aspect of cultivating that safety. How do we cut ourselves off from ourselves and each other? What is lost or exiled in the interim? How do we return to wholeness? These are just a few questions I journey with as I hold space for you.

My education also includes a professional Master of Laws (LL.M), accompanied by a grounding in Human Rights, Immigration and Refugee Laws with certifications in Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution. I am also a certified Yoga teacher, with specializations in Yin Yoga and a former Meditation Facilitator at CBC. More about my training can be found here.

My modalities include Ayurveda, Relational Therapy, Somatic EMDR, IFS & parts work, to name a few.
